About the instructor

Gayl Walder

For 15 years, Gayl Walder has been leading yogis in classes that are both strengthening and rejuvenating. She encourages her students to relieve the tension and stress of their everyday existence, as well as be open-minded and accept where they are at in the moment. Her goal is to create a yoga community within her classes and for her students to leave class with a relaxed body and clear mind. Gayl encourages her students to use these techniques on the mat of life as she fully embodies the belief that the journey begins within.
