FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can reach out to your club’s PTM and request an assessment with a COACH for The Summit to get a better understanding of which level you should purchase. Their email can be found in your Equinox app, at the bottom of the page under the “Training” tab.”
Ask your Spa Manager to connect you to a nearby club’s Spa to schedule your session in-person or via email.
Ask your General Manager to connect you with the Spa Manager at the club most convenient for you. If you’re a member of a club without another location nearby, the services offered may vary. Members of Rainier Square will receive contrast therapies in place of bodywork.
Your General Manager, Personal Trainer Manager, or Spa Manager will e-mail you to connect you with your COACH and schedule your session and services.
If you haven’t heard from the club team, email your General Manager and mention that you purchased The Summit but haven’t been connected with the Personal Training or Spa Manager. You may also speak to the front desk. To find your General Manager’s contact, select your initials in the top left corner of the app, select “My Club,” and scroll down to find their name and contact information.
The program includes one 50-minute Bodywork massage per participant, redeemable at any point during the program. The Spa Manager will contact you to schedule your session, or you can book them directly from The Spa page in the app. Members of Rainier Square will receive contrast therapies in place of Bodywork.
The program is designed for optimal results within three weeks, but if you need more time due to travel or injury, coordinate with your instructor to adjust your schedule.
Yes! You can buy different Missions together (e.g., purchasing The Reset Retreat and Raise the Bar at the same time). Please complete your Mission before buying another of the same type.
No returns or exchanges are accepted once a purchase is completed. All sales are final.
