I don't know which level I should purchase?
You can reach out to your club’s PTM, they will assist you with determining which level would be best for you. Their email can be found in your Equinox app, at the bottom of the page under the “Training” tab. ”
My club doesn’t offer Pilates. What will replace those sessions?
If your club does not offer Pilates, your Overdrive Mission will consist of 8 in-person COACH+ sessions.
Can I take my Pilates sessions at another Club if my Club does not offer Pilates?
Yes! If you have a multi- access level membership, you can take your Pilates sessions at another Club. Connect with your Club's Pilates Manager or GM to connect you with the Pilates Manager at the Club you wish to schedule your sessions.
How will I receive my Equinox golf hat and towel?
Your Equinox golf hat and towel will be shipped directly to the location where you are performing your Mission. Your COACH will then give you the items once they arrive.
Can I receive the Equinox golf hat and towel multiple times?
No, the golf hat and towel is one per member.
I purchased a Mission. What happens next?
Your General Manager, Personal Trainer Manager, or Pilates Manager will email you to connect you with your COACH and schedule your session and services.
Do I need to finish within four weeks?
The program is designed for completion within four weeks, but you can coordinate with your COACH if you need additional time due to travel or injury.
Can I return a Mission?
No returns or exchanges are accepted once a purchase is completed. All sales are final.
