Equinox Members that are also Bilt Members can now link their accounts to unlock the ability to redeem Bilt Cash for Equinox credit. Equinox credit can then be used across Personal Training, Pilates, & The Spa.

1. Open the EQX+ app  

2. Click on your profile on the top left corner of the home page  

3. Navigate to Membership & Billing. Scroll down to “Bilt Account” 

4. Select “Link Account” and follow the prompts 

5. Once linked, you can go into your Bilt app and navigate to the Wallet tab to redeem your Bilt Cash for Equinox credit  

6. After redemption, Equinox credit will be visible in your EQX+ app under “Gift Cards & Rewards”

Once linked: 

• Equinox will now appear as a redemption option for Bilt Cash within the Bilt Wallet  

• You may redeem eligible Bilt Cash toward Equinox Credit that can be used toward Personal Training, Pilates, and The Spa at Equinox  

• Your membership remains managed through Equinox as usual

1. Once redemption is confirmed in the Bilt App, Equinox credit will automatically be available for use & visible in your EQX+ App under “Gift Cards & Rewards”

2. For Spa, visit the Spa desk to redeem during the service. For Personal Training/Pilates, redeem when you purchase inventory

The minimum redemption amount is $50. 

If you have less than $50 available, you’ll need to wait until your balance reaches at least $50 before redeeming. 

There are three tiers of Cash redemption indicating how much Bilt Cash a member may redeem per half-year for Equinox Credit: Gold/Platinum Tier: up to $300 annual Bilt Cash (up to $150 January-June 30th, up to $150 July-December 31st) Silver: up to $200 annually (up to $100 January-June 30th, up to $100 July-December 31st) Blue: up to $150 annually (up to $75 January-June 30th, up to $75 July-December 31st)

No. Equinox Credits expire twice per year: if you turn Bilt Cash into Equinox credit any time after January 1st, it will expire on June 30th and if you turn Bilt Cash into Equinox credit any time after July 1st, it will expire December 31st Example: If you redeem Equinox credit in April, those credits are available until June 30th Example: If you redeem Equinox credit in September, those credits are available until December 31st

Your redemption resets at the 6-month mark: June 30th & December 31st, regardless of when you redeem. January 1–June 30 July 1–December 31

If your available Bilt Cash exceeds the maximum redemption amount: 

• You must redeem the full eligible amount in one transaction  

Example: 

• If you have $600 in Bilt Cash and your Equinox redemption cap based on your tier is $150, you must redeem the full $150 at once.

You can redeem whatever eligible amount you have available, as long as it meets the $50 minimum.
