Equinox Summer Challenge Offer - Terms & Conditions

This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any level and are not an active Club member as of May 1, 2026. Offer excludes the following Clubs: E-Clubs; Clubs at the Pre-Sale stage; and the seasonal Club located in Bridgehampton, NY (each a “Excluded Club”). Qualifying individuals who enroll at any membership level at a qualifying Club between May 1, 2026, and May 24, 2026, and: 1) check in to a Club at least eight (8) times within the first thirty (30) days from signing the Membership Agreement; 2) completes an Equifit assessment; and 3) completes either one (1) complimentary Personal Training session or one (1) complimentary 1:1 Studio Pilates session, and upon completion of these requirements, the qualifying member will: a) not be charged an Initiation fee and b) receive a three-hundred dollar ($300) US credit. Credits are subject to credit terms and conditions. Enrolling as a member is subject to agreeing to the governing Equinox Member Policies and signing a Membership Agreement and providing valid payment card information. All other membership dues will be charged to the payment card on file according to the governing Membership Agreement. This Offer is for all membership levels and only at a Qualifying Club. This Offer excludes any other fees, costs, or gratuities. This Offer may only be redeemed once, cannot be applied to previous or future Equinox membership agreements, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer. This Offer may be modified or terminated by Equinox at any time without notice.
