New Member Terms:This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any membership level and are not an active Club member as of July 1, 2026. Offer applies to Clubs within the United States (“US”), Canada, and the United Kingdom (“UK”), and excludes: 1) E Clubs; 2) Clubs in the pre-sale stage; and 3) the seasonal Club located in Bridgehampton, NY. Each qualifying individual who enrolls at any membership level at a participating Club between July 1, 2026 and July 5, 2026: a) will not be charged any initiation fees; and b) will receive one (1) two hundred fifty US dollar ($250 USD) Equinox credit [two hundred fifty Canadian dollars ($250 CAD) for Canadian resident members; two hundred fifty pounds sterling (£250) for UK resident members] that is valid for the following ancillary services at a participating Club(s): Personal Training, Studio Pilates session(s), Spa, and The Shop, and will be added to the qualifying individual’s EQX+ account (Equinox app) on or around July 15, 2026 [for California residents members, the Equinox credit will be added to the qualifying individual’s EQX+ account (Equinox app) on or around July 25, 2026]. The Equinox credit shall not apply to membership dues. The Equinox credit is non-transferable. Enrolling as a member is subject to agreeing to the applicable Membership Terms and Conditions, the governing Equinox Policies, and providing valid payment card information. All other membership dues will be charged to the payment card on file according to the governing Membership Terms and Conditions. This Offer is for all membership levels and only at a participating Club. This Offer excludes any other dues, fees, costs, gratuities, taxes, or charges associated with Equinox membership.
