EQX ARC Terms & Conditions

The following terms, conditions and policies (the “Terms”) apply to your purchase of and participation in the EQX ARC Personal Training Program (the “Program”). These Terms form a binding contract between you and Equinox Holdings, Inc. (“Equinox” or “we”) so please review them carefully.
  1. The Program: Participating in the Program enables you to receive the following:
    1. Twenty-four (24) Personal Training Sessions with a Women’s Health certified COACH + or COACH X, as selected by you during enrollment, (“Movement Session”)
    2. Two (2) Equifit assessments, Equinox’s comprehensive assessment that measures your lifestyle habits, movement patterns, vital signs, and body composition to establish your fitness baseline and set personalized goals, (“Consultation Assessment”)
    3. Two (2) 60-minute Nutrition Sessions with a Registered Dietitian (“Nutrition Session”)
    4. Two (2) 50-minute massages (“Bodywork Treatment”). Please note that Rainier Square will substitute Bodywork Treatments for four (4) contrast therapy treatments.
The Consultation Assessment, Movement Sessions, and Nutrition Sessions, each may be referenced herein as a “Session” or “Sessions”, as applicable. The Bodywork Treatment may be referenced herein as a “Treatment” or “Treatments”, as applicable. Please review the Member Policies for policies applicable to Session(s) and Treatment(s). Each Session and/or Treatment will be automatically issued to your Equinox account on the same day your Program fees are charged. EACH SESSION AND/OR TREATMENT EXPIRES (6) SIX MONTHS AFTER THE DATE IT IS ISSUED TO YOUR EQUINOX ACCOUNT. 2. Function Health Membership: The Program includes one (1) one-year membership with Function Health that includes two (2) Function Health blood tests covering 160+ biomarkers (“Function Health Membership”). All terms and conditions of your Function Health Membership are exclusively governed by Function Health here. Your Function Health Membership must be setup directly with Function Health at here. Please note, additional fees and taxes may apply at the end of the one-year Function Health membership that was included in your purchase. These additional fees and taxes may apply based on, including but not limited to, the location of the lab you select for blood tests and the request or purchase of certain add-on tests. 3. Oura Memberships: The Program includes one (1) one-year Oura membership if selected during enrollment (“Oura Membership”). All terms and conditions of your Oura Membership are exclusively governed by Oura and may be found at here. Your Oura Membership must be setup directly with Oura at here. Please note, additional fees will apply at the end of the Oura one-year membership that was included in your purchase. 4. Non-Refundable: Except as specifically provided herein or required by law, all Program fees paid or required to be paid pursuant to these Terms are final and non-refundable. 5. Membership Agreement: The Terms apply to you in addition to your Equinox Membership Agreement and the Equinox Member Policies, together with all other rules and policies communicated by Equinox (collectively, your “Membership Agreement”). You must continue to comply with your Membership Agreement while participating in the Program, including by paying all membership dues for your Equinox membership. For the avoidance of doubt, the Program described hereunder is an “Ancillary Service” under your Membership Agreement, and the fees for the Program are “Ancillary Charges” under your Membership Agreement. 6. Freeze. You may not pause or freeze your Program, even if you freeze your Equinox membership or delay scheduling any of your Sessions and/or Treatments. 7. Revocation: Equinox reserves the right to revoke and cancel your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, in which case you will, no later than thirty (30) days after such revocation, receive a refund of any prepaid, unused Sessions and/or Treatments.
