This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any membership level and are not an active Club member at any membership level as of September 8, 2026. Offer applies to Clubs within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and excludes: 1) E Clubs; 2) Clubs in the pre-sale stage; and 3) the seasonal Club located in Bridgehampton, NY. Each qualifying individual who enrolls at any membership level at a participating Club between September 8, 2026 and September 26, 2026 will not be charged any initiation fees. Enrolling as a member is subject to agreeing to the governing Membership Agreement, the governing Equinox Policies, and providing valid payment card information. All other membership dues will be charged to the payment card on file according to the governing Membership Agreement. This Offer excludes any other dues, fees, costs, gratuities, taxes, or charges associated with Equinox membership. This Offer may only be redeemed once, cannot be applied to previous or future Equinox membership agreements, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.
