Alvarez and Marsal Employee Promo (7/17/2026 to 8/31/2026) – Terms & Conditions
This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for employees of Alvarez & Marsal (or individuals sharing a primary residential address with an Alvarez & Marshal employee) who are not an active member of any Equinox fitness club (“Club”) as of July 17, 2026, and who enroll as a new member at a Select membership level at one of the following Clubs: 1) Equinox Beale Street in San Francisco; 2) Equinox East 43rd Street in New York; 3) Equinox The Loop in Chicago; and 4) Equinox Franklin Street in Boston (each, a “Participating Club”). Each qualifying individual who enrolls at a select membership level at a Participating Club between July 17, 2026 and August 31, 2026, and properly redeems this Offer will: (a) not be charged any initiation fees; (b) receive two (2) Equifit Assessments; (c) receive two (2) private Personal Training sessions; (d) receive one (1) Reformer Pilates Duet session in which the qualifying individual may bring a guest for said Reformer Pilates Duet session; (e) receive two (2) bodywork massages of twenty-five (25) minutes each, and one (1) bodywork massage of twenty-five (25) minutes for a guest; (f) receive three (3) guest passes; and g) receive a discount of fifty US dollars ($50 USD) applied to the qualifying individual’s monthly membership due for each of the first three (3) months of membership (such discount shall not apply to membership dues for the fourth month of membership or any subsequent month of membership, and membership dues for the fourth month of membership will be charged at the standard, undiscounted rate in accordance with the applicable Membership Agreement/Terms and Conditions to the payment card on file). All Offer benefits must be redeemed at the qualifying individual's home club; provided, however, that if the home club does not have a Reformer Pilates studio or Spa facility, the applicable benefit described in subsection (d) and/or (e), as applicable, may be redeemed at a neighboring club offering such amenity. The foregoing subsections (b) through (f) shall be added to the qualifying individual’s EQX+ account (Equinox app) on or around membership activation date, and each of the subsections (b) through (f) shall be valid for twelve (12) months from issuance. Each qualifying individual must accompany their guest, and all guests will be required to check in at the front desk, present proper photo identification, and sign a Guest Waiver in order to access and use the applicable Club. Guests may be required to maintain a copy of their photo identification on-file with Equinox in order to verify their identity before entering any Club. Guests must comply with all applicable Equinox Policies while accessing and using a Club. Without limitation to any additional Equinox policies, Equinox reserves the right to, in its discretion, (i) limit the Clubs and/or hours available to guests; (ii) limit the number of times any one individual may access Equinox as a guest; and (iii) prevent any individual from accessing Equinox as a guest. Guests under the age of sixteen (16) years of age are not permitted. Enrolling as an Equinox member is subject to agreeing to the applicable Membership Terms and Conditions, Equinox Policies, and providing valid payment card information. This Offer excludes any other dues, fees, costs, gratuities, taxes, or charges associated with Equinox membership. This Offer may only be redeemed once, cannot be applied to previous or future Equinox membership agreements, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.
