• Concepts, techniques & how to teach 150+ classical Pilates exercises on all equipment (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Barrels, Pedi-Pull, Magic Circle)

• Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced systems

• Signature cueing techniques

• Effective session programming

• Anatomy as a tool for training your eye

• Professional speaking & voice skills

$750 deposit, then $775/month for 10 months
