• Shirts and shoes are required while walking through the club at all times.  

• Equinox Hudson Yards is open only to Select Hudson Yards, Destination Access, and E by Equinox Access members. 

• Bathing suits are required, and you must shower before entering the pool. 

• All seating will be assigned by the host on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating may not be reserved in advance. 

• During peak times, an in-person waitlist may be implemented for lounge chairs surrounding the pool. During waitlist times, you will be contacted via text when your lounge chair is ready. You will have 5 minutes to claim your spot, otherwise the chair will be forfeited to the next member.

• Seating left unattended for 5 minutes or more will be made available to other members.  

• No smoking, vaping, outside food or drinks or glass on the terrace. 

• Anyone drinking must be 21 with proof of age. Equinox reserves the right to not serve alcohol to those under the influence. 

• All members and guests participating in the cabana rental need to be 21. Anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed on the terrace.

• We ask you to please be mindful of our members’ privacy when taking photographs in our club or at the pool and avoid including other members in your shots. 

Cabanas may be reserved by members at an additional fee, and accommodate 5 total individuals and feature a host of amenities, including:

• Priority entry (no waiting) to the terrace with an all-day reservation (no 120-minute time limit) to a private poolside cabana

• Four guest passes (maximum) for your reservation day  

• 4K HD TV with satellite cable, highspeed WIFI, refrigerator, chilled eucalyptus towels, electrical outlets, ceiling fan, sunscreen

• Personal cabana host with access to bottle and full-service menu ($100pp minimum) by Broken Coconut and complimentary fruit plate, bottle of sparkling wine and chilled water. View Food Menu View Beverage Menu
