New Members:This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any membership level and are not an active Club member as of July 27, 2026. Offer applies to Clubs within the United States (“US”), Canada, and the United Kingdom (“UK”), and excludes: 1) E Clubs; 2) Clubs in the pre-sale stage; and 3) the seasonal Club located in Bridgehampton, NY. Each qualifying individual who enrolls at any membership level at a participating Club between July 27, 2026, and July 31, 2026, will not be charged: a) August 2026 monthly membership dues; or b) any initiation fees. Membership dues for the month of September 2026 and subsequent months (as set forth in member’s membership agreement) will be charged starting on or near August 23, 2026, to the payment card on file. Qualifying individuals will not be charged July 2026 monthly membership dues. Enrolling as a member is subject to agreeing to the governing Equinox Member Policies and a Membership Agreement and providing valid payment card information. This Offer excludes any other dues, fees, costs, gratuities, taxes, or charges associated with Equinox membership.
