New Members:This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any level and are not an active Club member as of August 1, 2026. Qualifying individuals who enroll at any membership level at a Qualifying Club between August 1, 2026, and August 13, 2026, will receive: a) one (1) Complimentary Equifit assessment, b) one (1) complimentary Personal Training session, c) one (1) complimentary Pilates session, and d) one (1) two-hundred dollar ($200) Equinox Spa credit. August: First Month on Us + $0 initiation (Rainier Square Alumni)

This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are former Equinox members at Rainer Square (at any membership level) and are not an active Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any membership level as of August 1, 2026. Each qualifying individual who enrolls at any membership level at the Rainier Square Club between August 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026, will not be charged: a) September 2026 monthly membership dues; or b) any initiation fees. Membership dues for the month of October 2026 and subsequent months (as set forth in member’s membership agreement) will be charged starting on or near September 23, 2026, to the payment card on file. Enrolling as a member is subject to agreeing to the governing Equinox Member Policies and a Membership Agreement and providing valid payment card information.
