Equinox Memorial Day Sale - Terms & Conditions

This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any level and are not an active Club member as of May 25, 2026. Qualifying former Club members who enroll at any membership level at a qualifying Club between May 25, 2026, and May 31, 2026, and will not be charged: a) June 2026 monthly membership dues; or b) any initiation fees. Membership dues for the month of July 2026 and subsequent months (as set forth in member’s membership agreement) will be charged starting on or near June 23, 2026, to the payment card on file. Membership dues for the month of May 2026 will be charged to member on a pro-rated basis. Offer excludes the following Clubs: E-Clubs; Clubs at the Pre-Sale stage, and the seasonal Club located in Bridgehampton, NY (each a “Excluded Club”). Enrolling as a member is subject to agreeing to the governing Equinox Member Policies and a Membership Agreement and providing valid payment card information. This Offer is for qualifying former members only, for all membership levels, and only at a qualifying Club. This Offer excludes any other dues, fees, costs, or gratuities. This Offer does not apply to any former Equinox members whose membership was terminated and who are not eligible for membership. This Offer may only be redeemed once, cannot be applied to previous or future Equinox membership agreements, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer. This Offer may be modified or terminated by Equinox at any time without notice.
