This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any level and are not an active Club member as of September 24, 2026. Offer applies to Clubs within the United States (“US”), Canada, and the United Kingdom (“UK”), and excludes: 1) E Clubs; 2) Clubs in the pre-sale stage; and 3) the seasonal Club located in Bridgehampton, NY. Each qualifying individual who enrolls at any membership level at a participating Club between September 24, 2026, and September 30, 2026, will not be charged: a) October 2026 monthly membership dues; or b) any initiation fees. Membership dues for the month of November 2026 and subsequent months (as set forth in member’s membership agreement) will be charged starting on or near October 23, 2026, to the payment card on file. Membership dues for the month of September 2026 will be charged to member at the time of member enrollment on a pro-rated basis. Enrolling as a member is subject to agreeing to the governing Equinox Member Policies and a Membership Agreement and providing valid payment card information. This Offer excludes any other dues, fees, costs, gratuities, taxes, or charges associated with Equinox membership.
