Complimentary COACH X Assessment
This offer (“Offer”) is valid for one (1) individual American Express Centurion® Member who has signed up for the Equinox American Express Centurion® Member benefit and is the authorized account holder of the email to which this Offer is addressed (“Member”). This offer may be redeemed by Members between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026 (the “Redemption Period”) only by: (1) checking in to a qualifying Equinox fitness club (“Equinox Club”; see restrictions below); (2) presenting the Offer email with barcode and government-issued personal identification of Member to Equinox reception (“Member”) and (3) booking one (1) complimentary COACH X assessment with an EFTI-certified Coach (“COACH X Assessment”). COACH X Assessments must be booked and completed during the Redemption Period and Member must have a valid American Express Centurion account at the time of the scheduled COACH X Assessment. COACH X Assessments are subject to scheduling and availability. There is no guarantee that the Member’s preferred coach or preferred time to receive a COACH X Assessment will be available for Member on the day or time requested by Member. Equinox may give away the Member COACH X Assessment reservation if the Member arrives late to the reserved COACH X Assessment time. Access and checking in to an Equinox Club location requires becoming an Equinox member with a signed membership agreement and downloading the Equinox Plus app. COACH X Assessments require providing detailed health and personal information. If a Member does not want to provide the information, they should not participate. If Member chooses to not provide the required information or otherwise discontinues participation, Member forfeits the assessment and any benefit and no substitution will be provided.
