This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any level and are not an active Club member as of April 1, 2026. Qualifying individuals who enroll at any membership level at a Qualifying Club between April 1, 2026, and April 30, 2026, will receive: a) one (1) Complimentary Equifit assessment, b) one (1) complimentary Personal Training session, c) one (1) complimentary Pilates session, d) one (1) one-hundred fifty dollar ($150) reward, and e) one (1) complimentary 50-minute Bodywork massage spa session. Offer excludes the following Clubs: E-Clubs; Clubs at the Pre-Sale stage; all Clubs located in the states of Illinois and Florida; and the seasonal Club located in Bridgehampton, NY (each a “Excluded Club”). All eligible spa, Pilates, and Personal Training sessions are subject to scheduling and availability. The one-hundred fifty dollar ($150) reward is subject to terms and conditions and shall not apply to membership dues. Enrolling as a member is subject to agreeing to the governing Equinox Member Policies and signing a Membership Agreement and providing valid payment card information.
