QUICK-HIT MOCKTAIL: CBD STING
When CBD is infused in easily digestible honey, it also provides healing antioxidants, says Laura Rege, a New York City-based recipe developer. Blended with spicy jalapeño, sweet apple juice, and citrusy lemon, this mocktail is refreshing and satisfying.

SEEK MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES.
Before you decide to learn a new language, write a novel, cook your way through a fancy cookbook, and walk five miles a day, hear this: Simply staying busy as a means to combat COVID fatigue “riles you up,” according to a recent study in PLOS ONE. In other words, it can make you feel more on-edge and flighty.
Meaningful activity, or things you enjoy doing, calm you down, adds study author Lauren Saling, Ph.D., from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. To ID meaningful pursuits, she suggests thinking about what you liked to do pre-COVID and trying to find a way to do those things now. For example, if you loved group fitness classes with friends, get those people to take a live class online with you.

WELLNESS TECH TO WATCH FOR
Equinox’s chief technology officer, Samir Desai, attended CES virtually this year. Here, some of his favorite trends to watch for:
1. Sensors in clothing are continuing to become mainstream. Xenoma launched their e-skin product which allows trainers to track biomarkers and send personalized levels of simulation to their client's body.
2. Devices to keep tabs on air quality are trending. AirThings introduced a new in-home sensor to measure air quality for virus risks.
3. Health metrics you can track yourself are going beyond heart rate and step count. Biospectal introduced an app to use the optical sensor on your phone to measure your blood pressure.
