What if I am already a customer of a partner?
You are still eligible to receive these offers. Simply select “Redeem” for the applicable offer and you will be taken to the partner website. You may then sign in with existing account credentials for that partner. Specific redemption details can be found below on the partner-specific FAQ page.
Are these partners/offers permanent?
These partners and offers are subject to change as we continually evaluate them, taking members’ feedback, other in-market offers, and more into account.
How can I view and RSVP for events?
Equinox Circle website; you will see an events section that will take you to the appropriate events and RSVP page.
How did Equinox select these partners? What was the vetting process?
Equinox identified various elite, aligned brands within the categories of lifestyle, travel, nutrition, hospitality, and optimization. After creating a pool of target partners that would maximize our Members’ experience, we vetted each product and service and solidified the Equinox Circle offering.
Are these offers valid for the UK and Canada too?
Most partners are available for UK and Canadian Members with the exception of Provenance and Bezel (coming soon).
