This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Equinox Club”) member at any level between the dates of July 28, 2025 and July 31, 2025. Offer excludes: a) E Clubs; 2) any Equinox Club currently in the pre-sale phase; and c) the seasonal Equinox Club located in Bridgehampton, NY. Qualifying individuals who enroll in any participating Equinox Clubs at any membership level between July 28, 2025 and July 31, 2025, will not be charged: a) the prorated amount of July 2025 monthy membership dues; b) August 2025 monthly membership dues; or c) any initiation fees. Membership dues for the the month of September 2025 and subsequent months (as set forth in member’s membership agreement) will be charged starting on or near August 23, 2025, to the payment card on file. Becoming an Equinox member is subject to agreeing to the governing Equinox Member Policies and a Membership Agreement, and providing valid government-issued identification and valid payment card information, and downloading the Equinox app. This Offer is for all membership levels and only at a participating Equinox Club. This Offer is only for the membership dues and initiation fees specified above and not any other fees, costs, or gratuities. This Offer may only be redeemed once, cannot be applied to previous or future Equinox membership agreements, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer. This Offer may be modified or terminated by Equinox at any time without notice.
