This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Club”) member at any level and are not an active Club member as of January 25, 2025. Qualifying individuals who enroll at any membership level at a qualifying Club between January 26, 2026, and January 31, 2026, will: a) not be charged an Initiation Fee, b) receive a two-hundred US dollar ($200 US) gift card that shall apply to membership dues, services at a Club spa, a personal training session, a Pilates session, or at Equinox retail shops (“Gift Card”). Offer excludes the following Clubs: E-Clubs; Clubs at the Pre-Sale stage; and the seasonal Club located in Bridgehampton, NY (each a “Excluded Club”). Enrolling as a member is subject to agreeing to the governing Equinox Member Policies and signing a Membership Agreement and providing valid payment card information. All other membership dues will be charged to the payment card on file according to the governing Membership Agreement. This Offer is for all membership levels and only at a Qualifying Club. This Offer excludes any other fees, costs, or gratuities. This Offer may only be redeemed once, cannot be applied to previous or future Equinox membership agreements, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.
