Equinox Hamptons: Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply in addition to my Equinox membership agreement and all other Equinox member policies, and in the event of a conflict with the existing agreement and policies, these Equinox x Hamptons terms and condition will control.
1. Hamptons Add-on provides you with access only to Equinox x Hamptons. Your access to other Equinox clubs is as determined by your existing current membership class.
2. Hamptons Add-on dues and associated membership dues are in addition to your existing Equinox membership. You are still responsible for paying all membership dues for your existing Equinox membership in addition to your Hamptons Add-on membership.
3. Hamptons Add-on membership is available from May 22, 2024 through September 30, 2024 for your selected Hamptons Add-on Access Term (Full Season Access or 3 Month Access). Hamptons Add-on membership cannot be canceled before the end of the selected Hamptons Add-on Access Term (other than for the limited rights of cancellation expressly stated in your membership agreement, including the right to cancel within 3 days after joining or the date of the club opening, whichever occurs later).
4. Neither your underlying Equinox membership nor Hamptons Add-on membership are eligible for freezes during your selected Hamptons Add-on Access Term.
5. If you cancel your underlying Equinox membership during your Hamptons Add-on Access Term, you will be required to pay the difference between the Hamptons Add-on Member and Non-Member rates from the date of your membership cancellation effective date through the last day of your Hamptons Add-on Access Term.
6. Equinox reserves the right to temporarily close or limit access to areas of Equinox x Hamptons for purposes of renovation, special events or otherwise, at any time, and will endeavor to provide notice of any such closure.
7. Equinox reserves the right to end Hamptons Add-on Access prior to September 30, 2024 and will provide you with a pro-rated refund to the extent one is owed in the event of this occurrence.
8. Ancillary services (including personal training) purchased for use at Equinox Fitness and Sports Club locations are not eligible for use at Equinox x Hamptons. Ancillary sessions must be purchased specifically for use at Equinox x Hamptons, are non-refundable, and must be used by the end of your Hamptons Add-on Access Term.
9. Hamptons Add-on membership is non-transferable and cannot be used or shared amongst other individuals. Complimentary guest passes are not redeemable at Equinox x Hamptons; guest passes are available for purchase for use Monday – Friday (subject to booking and availability) and are non-refundable. Equinox x Hamptons is not eligible for referral credits or any other promotional offers.
10. All Equinox x Hamptons group fitness classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. You understand that locker room amenities are limited and do not include showers.
11. Equinox is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal property, including but not limited to any damage to or loss associated with motor vehicles handled by third-party valet.
