This offer (“Offer”) is valid only for individuals who are not an Equinox fitness club (“Equinox Club”) member at any level between the dates of October 27, 2025 and October 31, 2025. Offer applies to Clubs within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom and excludes: 1) E Clubs; 2) Clubs in the pre-sale stage; and 3) the seasonal Club located in Bridgehampton, NY. Qualifying individuals who enroll in any participating Equinox Clubs at any membership level between October 27, 2025 and October 31, 2025, will not be charged: a) November 2025 monthly membership dues; or b) any initiation fees. Please note: Qualifying individuals will be charged prorated Membership dues for the month of October upon signing. Membership dues for the month of December 2025 and subsequent months (as set forth in member’s membership agreement) will be charged starting on or near November 23, 2025, to the payment card on file. Becoming an Equinox member is subject to agreeing to the governing Equinox Member Policies and a Membership Agreement, and providing valid government-issued identification and valid payment card information, and downloading the Equinox app. This Offer is for all membership levels and only at a participating Equinox Club. This Offer is only for the membership dues and initiation fees specified above and not any other fees, costs, or gratuities. This Offer may only be redeemed once, cannot be applied to previous or future Equinox membership agreements, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer. This Offer may be modified or terminated by Equinox at any time without notice.
