I am a board-certified Doctor of Natural Medicine. I also hold certifications as a Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NY, as well as a certification as a Plant-based Nutritionist from Cornell University.
My biggest passion is hiking. I love the mountains! I have trekked through the Himalayas, New Zealand, as well as many treks through Europe across the Alps.

My mini escapes are trail rides through Griffith Park. I love to travel, where I immerse myself into different cultures and exploring different parts of the world.
I am committed to lead by example. You will find me in a spin class doing a hardcore cardio workout, and then calmly and composed guiding members through a strong yoga practice. I walk the walk.
