I was born in Allentown, PA.
I recently graduated with Master of Science degree in Nutritional Science from California State University, Los Angeles to be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
I began dancing classical ballet, contemporary, and modern at an early age. Through my dancing I progressed into becoming a classically trained actor and singer.
Positive lifestyle balance begins by engaging in routine physical fitness, employing healthy eating practices and exploring self-reflection and mindfulness.
When I need time to relax and release the stresses of my day, I sit in a quite room and meditate for 10 minutes after which I'll journal.
I am passionate about supporting long term healthy lifestyle behavior changes by helping others to develop a solid foundation of healthy eating practices, daily physical activity and consistent self-care. My philosophy is simple.
Empowered. I create a space in my classes for members to let go of fear, let go of self doubt, and let go of judgement so that they can finally believe in their ability to succeed!
