On nice days, I love sitting outside on my meditation cushion with my cat, Isolde. When the weather isn't so accommodating, we take it inside and sit in front of a window.
Tired, but in a good way. You'll feel like you've both strengthened your body and found space. Hopefully, you'll feel like you are able to connect more to yourself in the process.
