I teach traditional yoga as well as paddle board yoga and aerial yoga.
In chapter one, I worked for years, as a fashion designer. In chapter two, I discovered yoga and fitness. In chapter three, I had a baby boy and am really learning balance.
Fitness is a lifestyle and attitude towards priorities, more so than participating in a group sport or winning medals.
Anything that requires the luxury of time: reading a book, watching a show, having a leisurely meal, going on a run without a destination or time limit.
I am committed to being active everyday, but also maintaining an overall balance in all aspects of life.
