I was born in South Florida but raised in the beautiful state of North Carolina.
I love painting, drawing, and taking art classes. I wasn't a natural-born talent, and I'm okay with that. I love to take an idea from my mind and translate it onto paper.
I have my 500-hr ERYT yoga certification. I am also a certified doula, prenatal yoga instructor, and yoga therapist.
Fitness is so much more than hitting the club. It's about carving time out of your day to take care of yourself. A healthy body is the vehicle for a healthy mind and life.
Cooking is meditation for me. I can choose recipes that nourish my body or a cuisine that takes me to an exotic place and feeds my soul.
