          It began in Virginia, then overseas to Okinawa, westward to Oregon, now here I am in Texas.

        • What Most Don't Know

          I mainly eat organic and non-processed foods, but once in a while I treat myself to the Apple Walnut Cobbler at Hillstone.... yummy!

        • Bragging Rights

          I have a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and have always been a huge advocate for health and primary prevention.  I earned my 200-hour Yoga teaching certification in 2012 with Yoga Alliance.  I attend workshops and conferences regularly to maintain my knowledge and to stay fresh in the practice.  I teach a heated Vinyasa flow, and an Ashtanga-based class.

          To reset, I enjoy taking walks with my dogs with no music, no phone and pause for a moment. To relax and recharge, I love to travel, have new experiences, explore, learn about a different culture, be outdoors and LIVE.
