I was born in Minnesota, but have lived the majority of my life in Southern California.
I hold an experienced yoga certification RYT200, along with a Bachelor's degree in psychology, and a Master's Degree in pre-clinical psychology.
I enjoy paddle boarding in the ocean. One of my bucket list items is to be out there when a group of whales migrates by, so I can see them up close!
Yoga is about bringing the body and mind into balance through the breath. When we feel more balanced, or in a state of equilibrium, we make better choices for ourselves.
To regenerate, I like to escape out in nature, anywhere from the mountains to the sea. I also like to recharge by reading a good book.
