I was born in Seoul, South Korea and immigrated to the US at the age of 5.
I’m a passionate foodie and love eating as much as I love cooking . My hobby is trying new restaurants. There really isn’t much I don’t like with the exception of licorice, ewww.
I’m a 200hr yoga alliance certified yoga instructor.
Find balance in my yoga practice and classes. Balance between effort and ease, strength and flexibility, and most importantly find humor when life gets challenging.
I enjoy spending time in nature especially in water. Oceans, lakes, any body of water where I can cleanse and feel weightless. Baths and Netflix are also top on my list.
My classes will leave you feeling relaxed sometimes energized but most importantly you’ll be glad that you showed up to take time for self care.
