Everyday- the yoga studio or a long walk. When I can, the beach and travel.
I’m committed to listening to my body. I’m always finding new ways to incorporate healthy habits, without setting myself up to fail by making it too rigid. Life is ever-changing! I need a healthy mindset that can complement that.
A sense of confidence that you can do things you didn’t think you could before. AND exhausted and sore the first 2 days - strong and centered on the 3rd - rinse and repeat.
