I've been teaching Group Fitness for more than eight years, have completed one marathon and can't imagine a day without working out! I write about fitness for D Magazine and Dallas Morning News! My favorite assignment has been training for and dancing in an NBA game with the Dallas Mavs dancers!
To me, fitness is one of the biggest parts of my life. Even if I didn't need to work out I would, because I crave it.
I love traveling and discovering how different areas of the world approach fitness. For me to feel 100% relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed, I love outdoorsy mountain getaways!
