Before I transitioned to fitness and wellness full-time, I was writing songs, singing, recording, and working towards a record deal.

Regeneration can be done in so many ways and sometimes I will simply sit, be still, and focus on my breath to regenerate. Other times a hike or walk feels more fulfilling.
