Before teaching yoga I worked on Wall Street for 8 years. Yoga became my refuge.
Try and get on your mat as often as possible. Breathing well and being present will allow your mind to quiet. When your mind is calm you can connect to what you truly need.
In the city with a great yoga class. Outside the city is the ocean.
