I was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Then Seattle. Then New York.
I'm a licensed massage therapist specializing in yin and Katonah yoga; a Precision Run coach; a certified life coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition; and I recently completed a Master's in Food Studies at NYU.
Deep down I'm a fierce athlete. I've had several knee surgeries which led me to yoga and I realized I could have a satisfying, intense, and nourishing experience in yoga.
Fitness as fundamental as brushing your teeth. Make it a habit so you don't question if. Exercise because you value yourself so much that you don't want to let yourself down.
I love taking trips on my own. Five-day little getaways to the next place on my bucket list. Among my favorites are Lisbon, Portugal and Mexico City.
I am committed to living a life of integrity. Be who you say you are and become the person you want to be. Fitness and creativity is a big part of that endeavor.
