I have lead 8 yoga teacher trainings and trained over 100 yoga teachers. I am trained in Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga.

I ride horses in the mountains. Connecting with animals, nature and my breath is the key to recharging.
