I never participated in any sports or physical activities growing up. It was not until my late high school years that I started working out at a local gym.
Bachelor of Arts in exercise science and psychology, advanced Forrest Yoga instructor certified, Equinox Precision Running coach, and Peak Pilates teacher. I am AFAA accredited and Precision Nutrition, Trigger Point Therapy, and Schwinn certified.
