To recharge, I love to go see and hang out with my 2.5 year old nephew. And, although, this may not sound relaxing since he's 2.5, he makes me forget about any stress or negativity
I am committed to living a healthy lifestyle by incorporating exercise, nutritious food, sleep, and relaxation into my days. Also allowing myself moments to indulge a little bit, and not feel guilty about it!
