I believe a yoga class is more than just a physical workout. It's an experience that opens up a pathway to living a more mindful life. It has awesome physical benefits too!
My at home yoga space is my sanctuary. Spending time there fuels me and helps inspire my teaching.
Longevity. I train, I practice yoga, I eat healthy and I meditate for longevity. I will be able to tie my own shoes when I’m in my 70s, and I can beat my future children in basketball for as long as possible :)
I believe yoga isn’t meant to leave you exhausted and tired. You will leave my class feeling lighter and more energetic, crystal clear, calm and peaceful.
