When I am not teaching group fitness classes, you can find me going on hikes, seeing live music or training dogs! I love cooking and meal prepping.
I push you to get outside your comfort zone and see what you are made of. Challenge yourself, test your limits and the more you put in, the more you will get out!
Nature is my escape. Getting out and away from the hustle and bustle of the DFW area is essential for me to stay balanced.
I am committed to positivity and making a change in anyone/everyone's life that I come across. I am committed to persistence but patience as well, and I understand that great things and great results take time. I am committed to the process.
