I've actually been playing piano much longer than practicing yoga. I started playing when I was five and still teach on the side.
Besides being 500-hr RYT in yoga, I also have certificates in pre- and post-natal yoga and kids yoga.
Fitness is more than physical work.
If I could be on the beach every day, I would. Since I live in New England, any chance I have to be in nature makes me happy, even if it's a short walk or hike with my dog.
I hope that after my class you'll feel challenged but nourished enough to take on the day.
