I used to really hate running. But, now I have 3 half marathon races behind me, and run around 30 miles weekly.
Besides being a group fitness instructor, I work as a digital operations editor for a food website. So when I’m not at the gym, I sit in front of a computer...and eat, a lot.

In New York, a long run by the east river and over the Williamsburg bridge always calms and centers me. If I can leave the city; my mom’s house in the forest by the ocean.
I am committed to keeping a balance between always pushing my boundaries while being kind to myself. Something I want to inspire others to do as well.
