Strive for a multi-disciplinary physical routine- practice yoga, take a cardio class, weight train, ride a bike etc. I'm all about keeping that ‘ready to take on anything’ muscle.
My regeneration destination is solo time away from my phone/computer screen. Tuning out all the stimulation is so simple and can be incredibly calming.
I'm committed to staying physically active for the benefit of my mental health. From experience, when my fitness goals are focused on my physical appearance, I’m consistently disappointed. I will focus on how exercise makes feel: energized/ grateful.
Empowered. My class is your class- your time, your workout. I will guide, support and encourage but it’s up to YOU to take charge, get outside your comfort zone.
