Proud of yourself, and inspired by everyone around you. My favorite thing in fitness is “surprising yourself” – pushing past what you thought you were capable of breaks down physical and mental barriers. I love giving my runners a safe space to be uncomfortable!
Courteney has no upcoming classes in next 7 days.
