I was born in Oakland, Maryland.
I have completed my 200-hour certification for power Vinyasa, as well as an additional 50-hr Rocket Yoga certification.
Something most people don’t know about me is I'm highly introverted when I’m not teaching. Recharging with a cup of tea and Netflix is my preferred Friday night out.

I am committed to studying yoga in as many capacities as possible. I will be able to offer guidance derived from direct experience, as well as my teachers.
My hope is for students to leave feeling empowered and strong. They will have greater understanding of how yoga and mindfulness practices can create positive change in our lives.
