I've been practicing yoga and meditation for over twenty-five years. I've taught multiple classes, trainings, retreats, and workshops, published articles, given keynotes, and been featured in numerous publications.
I'm more or less the same person in class as outside: jokes, warts, enthusiasm, attention. I just use a slightly different vocabulary inside class.
Start where you are.
I set an intention for each day while meditating after I first wake up. On weekends, I often visit our farmhouse upstate to be immersed in nature and semi-off-the-grid.
My commitment to you is to pass on what I know in the most beneficial way possible, so you can be a galvanizing light in your world.
