I'm a group fitness junkie, so while I teach almost exclusively on the mat I love getting on a bike or getting into the main studio and tossing around some weights.
Movement is medicine; honor your body daily.
Time with friends and family always fills up my cup and if we are sweating together, it is even better.
I am committed to connecting deeply with others and to finding time to show with actions and words how much the people in my life (close or far, old or new) mean to me.
I want students to leave my class feeling like they learned something about themselves, about the practice or the world around them.
