Before fitness, I studied Spanish & Latin American Literature and was fortunate enough to travel all over the world learning the language and culture.
Movement and fitness should make you feel like your best self each time you move or step on to your mat. It doesn't matter what it looks like but how it feels like to you.
I love to escape my day to day by doing anything outside: walking, hiking, swimming in the ocean (during the summer), or simply cooking in my kitchen- it relaxes me!
I am committed to always taking care of myself and putting my best self forward.
After my class you will feel better than you did when you walked through the door; more energized, more confident about yourself, stronger mentally, or just more at peace!
