Before I taught yoga and fitness, I was a copywriter and ghost-wrote a New York Times best-selling book.
I received my 200-hr yoga teacher training and yoga sculpt teacher training certifications from CorePower Yoga and my mat Pilates certification from Equinox in Irvine.
Fitness is about more than sculpting your arms or shaping your booty. Dedicating an hour a day in class to yourself is life-changing and manifests in even greater transformations outside the studio.
Besides getting on my mat, I like to reset by getting out in nature with people I love, whether we go for a beach walk, a hike, or hit the mountains and go skiing.
Accomplished, rejuvenated, and ready for whatever the rest of the day throws your way. My hope is that you're inspired to take what we talked about in class with you throughout your day.
I am committed to my own personal growth, so I can best inspire others to live their best lives. The amazing thing about teaching others is that I learn so much myself along the way.
